Thanks To Everyone.

Thanks for joining Bugaboo for our 4th annual Christmas In July Celebration, We had a great turn out this year and I'm pretty sure everyone had a great time. I have picked the winner of the image that I used for the Blog Hop card I made last Saturday and that is Alvina from Alvina's Creations.Go see her blog and see all the great creations she has made to share this week. Very talented lady there.

I wanted to share one other card that I made this week and then didn't get the time to do a post for it. I had a Deadline for a project for the Senior Class I teach on Wednesdays. I thought the card I made using a Humorous Sentiment was really fun and I just love all the Stella Images but this one is super and so fitting for the Christmas Season around my house. Stella Christmas Prozac
Liquid Applique and glitter pen was used on her hair and hat trim.
 And inside.

And I want to remind everyone that there is a 50% off all images in the Bugaboo Store that goes on until the end of this month. So head over and stock up.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Friday Freebie At Bugaboo

So today is Freebie Day over at Bugaboo and the Christmas In July Fun is coming to an end.  So for the Challenge today we would love it if you would use the Freebie that you can pick up HERE but it is not required. What is required is to include something that starts with a C. That's it. Christmas Tree, Candy Cane, anything Christmas would work. Carolers comes to mind or just a carol.
I went with Christmas Trees and of course the image has a Candy Cane as well as the adorable little ones at her feet. and I threw in some snowflakes for fun.
Love all the glitter on this paper from We Are Memory Keepers.

Anything But A Card Challenge At Bugaboo

So it is Day 3 of the Christmas In July Fun over at Bugaboo and today is Anything Bug A Card Day to boot. So the Designers all came up with some great gift and packaging ideas for you and we stuck to the color scheme here. You can choose any kind of project that you like, card, tag, gift, just use these colors.
                                             .
So for my project I chose to make this adorable Cocoa Holder. You could put anything in it though. Hot Apple Cider Mix, A Soup packet (do they even make those anymore?)   It could even hold a cookie. Just make the container and add any image you like. I used the Snowman Cocoa image and colored it with my Copics and added some liquid applique on the hat trim and the Cocoa.
The measurements for the pouch are: a rectangle 7.5" X 4" and score at .5",3.5",4"and 7" along the 7.5" side. Score at the 3.5" along the bottom edge. Make small cuts up to the 3.5 score line on each score along long side. Fold all the score lines, glue the .5" end to the 7" side and then fold the bottom pieces and glue together.
These are pretty quick and fun to make and they would be great for a party favor or a teacher gift or if you were really motivated a great gift for all the kids in the class.
So I hope you have fun with the Challenge today and I just wanted to say there have been some great entries in all the challenges so far. Have a good day everyone.

Stella Says Sketch And Make It Christmas

Day Two of Christmas In July over at Bugaboo and it is a Sketch Day. So the challenge today is to use this wonderful Sketch to create a Christmas themed project.

For my card today I used Christmas Brat Girl dress and some papers from a very old My Minds Eye paper stack.  How sweet is this little girl?
I used Liquid Applique and Glitter Brush Pen on the hat trim, this is one of my favorite combos these days and I added a tiny plastic candy cane over the drawn one. It was a great fit.
 And the inside.
So everyone get busy and join us today for the 2nd challenge of our week long celebration and you have a chance to win some Bugaboo Images. And I need to remind you all that Bugaboo is having its annual 50% off sale all month long. What a great time to stock up.

Bugaboo's Christmas In July

Come and have some fun. We are kicking off the week long Christmas In July Celebration with a Blog Hop at Bugaboo. So if you just came from

You are in the right spot.

Today's Challenge is Show Us Your Santa. The design Team has come up with some great Cards for you to enjoy and don't forget to leave a comment on each blog. Each Designer will pick a random comment to win the image that we used for our project for today.
For my card today I used the Tropical Santa-Tubing. Santa is hanging out relaxing before the big Holiday Season is upon us all. I colored the image with my Copics and added some Liquid Applique and some Zig glitter brush pen on the top of that. The papers are Bo Bunny. So bright and fun.
I coated the inner tube and nose with Crystal Effects.
The heat tool made the Crystal Effects bubble a little and I really like the way it looks.
And then inside the card is bright and ready to write.
Don't forget to start the Blog Hop over at the Bugaboo Challenge Blog and be sure to go there to see all the details about today's Challenge as well as a list for all the fun we have planned for the week.
So now head on over to

So continue on with the hop and have Fun! Thanks for stopping by.
